Our Role
KLM were appointed as Employer's Agent for this development. We also provided cost consultancy services at the outset of the project, and assisted the Client with the Appointment of the design team.
Key Aspect
This is the first phase of a 200 unit development for Albyn. The first phase was for 37 units, and included a mixture of properties for Rent, LCHO and Mid-market Rent. (MMR).
A number of properties were delivered on site for the Highland Council.
The properties are to bronze standards, and incorporate gas heating.
